U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

E.V.R gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or store credit, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: we may take pictures of items before being shipped, to offset any damage claims that may arise that are a falsehood.

Bring your invoice or receipt to our E.V.R store to exchange your purchase, if local, in accordance with our policy.

Ship Your Exchange

Please email info@evrbrand.com to inform us of desire to exchange an item(s)

• Place a new order online for a replacement item.
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect and exchange the purchase for new desired or replacement item. We can not offer free return/exchange shipping, however we will re ship exchange free of charge. Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.

International Return and Exchange Policy

E.V.R gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online from our retail store. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email info@evrbrand.com customers, within 15 days of original purchase to initiate a return. Julie and her team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. We cannot be liable for duties charged. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees, tariffs and original shipping charges/duties.

United Kingdom Customers

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase by emailing info@evrbrand.com to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Do not return ship an item until return confirmation email is received. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges and duties .

Hong Kong Customers

E.V.R gladly accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds and cross-border returns are not permitted. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Undergarments, swimwear, eyewear, watches, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Japan Customers

Orders shipped to Japan may be returned within 15 days of original purchase by emailing info@evrbrand.com to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item,we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. We cannot be liable to duties and other tariffs. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges, duties and possible tariffs.
